Lead Product Designer
The brief 
Motorsport.com's mobile app needed to deliver live race data, breaking news, and multimedia in a single experience — fast, personalized, and scalable to Autosport.com next.
My role Lead Product Designer. End-to-end UX, research, testing, and design system.

The work
•   Anchored design in user research, A/B testing, and heatmap analysis
•   Simplified content hierarchy around live race coverage and breaking news
•   Added personalization (favorite drivers, series, push notifications)
•   Built a modular component library that ported to the Autosport.com app

Outcome
•   Contributed to Motorsport Network's 69% platform engagement lift and 37% subscription growth
•   Design framework reused across Autosport.com, cutting design lead time
•   Set the foundation for unifying 12 digital properties into a shared system
